Fire hydrant system consists of a network of pipe work connected directly to the mains water supply or water storage tank to provide water to each and every hydrant outlet and is intended to provide water for the firemen to fight a fire. The water from each of the outlet is then discharged coming through the fire engine over fire.

DESCRIPTION & SPECIFICATIONS

 

A Fire Hydrant System is a type of fire fighting system  having water supply with appropriate pressure and flow delivered by pipes in the building through strategically located network of valves. The pipe network is always under water pressure. When operated for fire extinguishing it will immediate feed water supply & main hydrant pump will be started automatically.

 

We at Tatsam design and install customised Fire Hydrant systems. First, our Fire engineer visits the customer premises and prepares a map, detailed report about the structural design of the building. On the basis of this map a assessment report is prepared, and then the Fire hydrant system is designed as per the requirements. A Fire Hydrant System consists of below basic components which are synchronized with each other to form an effective Fire fighting System.
