TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:-
Turbine size : 170 or better mm. Output power Francis turbine to develop 0.5 Kw at 1250 rpm. with a flow of about 1000 L.P.M. at 10 m. Supply head. Pressure gauge : 0 to 3 Kg/cm2 vacuum gauge.: 0 to (– )700 mm of Hg.
Rope brake arrangement:- Belt Thickness- 6 mm Drum diameter-150 mm Spring balances : 0 -215 kg, Dial type : 2 Nos.
Pipes and Valves Piping : G.I.Pipe, Pipe dia – 3” Gate Valve – 3” brass Turbine casing, Brake drum & shaft casing – cast iron. Shaft – SS Guide Vanes – Aluminium Runner – Gun Metal – 102mm OD
Pump Set unit 5 HP monoblock Supply pump set kirloskar make or equivalent 75m.m. size,1000 LPM at 14 meters head suitable for supplying water to the above turbine and for operation on 440 V., 3-ph, 50 cycles A.C.mains.
Electrical Units:L:- Switch and starter suitable for the above monoblock pump set, mounted on a panel board.
Flow Measuring Unit Flow measuring unit consisting of a suitable venturi meter & pressure gauge. 1. Inlet dia of Venturi – 78 mm. |
